Ordering Process

1. Kids Haven products are individually priced. Select the items that you wanted and add them into the shopping cart. Some items may require assembly and additional assembly fees are as indicated. (Please ensure you have allocated sufficient space for your orders prior to your purchase. Showroom viewing arrangements can be made at Sembawang prior to order confirmation. Contact Kids Haven at enquiries@kidshaven.sg or 9003278 to arrange.)

2. Kids Haven products availability status are as per indicated.

  • Some items are on pre order and will only be made available when an order is placed. Stocks are not kept for such cases. The waiting time for pre order or out of stock items is about 3 to 5 weeks from order placement. Pls check with customer service via the online chat service, contact us at 90093278 or email us at enquiries@kidshaven for clarifications.
  • Kids Haven will not be held responsible for order delays out of its control. You will be contacted of any changes in the product status as soon as possible. In the event of stock non availability, you will be contacted and advised on the change of the item or the cancellation of the out of stock item.
  • Kids Haven will not be held responsible for shipment delays out of its control. You will be contacted of shipment delays and re-advised of a new delivery or collection date as soon as possible. Items that are in stock can be delivered or collected within 7 days after payment is made. (Kids Haven reserves the right to alter this time frame due to certain circumstances.)

3. You will be asked for contact information such as delivery address (delivery charges applies) and contact number (essential) during the check out process. It is greatly appreciated that you provide both information as this is important in the processing of your orders. You may email any additional comments or requests to orders@kidshaven.sg with your invoice number and details. After the above submission, you will be prompted for payment.

Pls select from the following options:

  • Banking Transfer (For Singapore Orders - Preferred Payment Method)
  • Cash (Applicable only for self collection)
  • PayPal (Visa or Master - Admin fees applicable - 5% of transaction amount.)

4. We will contact you to reconfirm your orders after order submission.

5. At this stage, your order is almost complete. Please arrange to print a copy of the confirmation before you click on the confirm button. An email confirmation will also be sent to you.


1. For online orders. you will be directed to make payment via paypal or bank transfer. Once you have selected your mode of payment, simply follow the instructions as indicated until the process is complete. For children‘s furniture orders. a 50% minimum deposit is accepted at order placement (only applicable for orders $500 and above).The balance payment can be made prior to the delivery of the products via banking transfer.

2. If paying via paypal, you will be redirected to the paypal website for further instructions until the process is complete. Please note that an admin fee of 5% of transaction amount is applicable for payment via this mode. Admin fee is applicable for every transaction made via paypal regardless of amount.

Orders\ Exchanges\ Cancellations\ Refunds

1. Changes\ cancellation can be made to in stock items before delivery within 24 hours after orders are placed or before the dispatch of goods to the deliveryman (whichever is earlier).

2. Cancellation made after 24 hours (before goods are dispatched) will be charged 20% of the goods value.

3. Once orders are dispatched for delivery, changes\ cancellations are allowed based on the following circumstances.

  •  Exchanges are made within 7 days in unused, unopened, original and resellable condition (not applicable for furniture/ customized products)
  • Wrong item sent.
  • Faulty products (exchanges or refund will be dealt on a case to case basis)

4. Expenses such as transport or redelivery charges incurred from the exchange will be borne by the buyer.

5. For orders that require lead time delivery, changes can be made within 72 hours after orders are placed or before the dispatch of goods from the supplier (whichever is earlier). Once orders are dispatched, cancellation or exchanges are as per the points mentioned above.

6. Cancellation made after 72 hours (before goods are dispatched) will be charged 30% of the goods value.

7. In the event, you had to cancel a product because you are informed the product is out of stock, full refund for the product will be given. Delivery charges (if applicable) will also be adjusted accordingly. Please contact Kids Haven at enquiries@kidshaven.sg or 90093278 for further assistance
