Pre Sale Questions
We do have a sizable 4500sqft showroom where we display a good representation of all our products, but we are not able to display every product due to space limitations.
We are located at 25 Playfair Road, Singapore 367990. It is conveniently located next to Tai Seng MRT. No appointment is required. Our opening hours are: Weekdays 11-6pm, Weekends 11-7pm, Closed on Wednesdays.
We offer free delivery on all orders about $100, and our prices include assembly unless stated otherwise. Our listed prices already include GST.
Yes, we do. For orders that are made to order, which would require a few months to fabricate, we require only 50% deposit, but the balance payment would still be required just before delivery.
Yes, we do. You can pay via an OCBC card and choose 6m or 12m interest-free plans. You can also pay via Atome with any credit card to split your payment into 4 equal instalment amounts.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
